• Refunds: All registrations are non-refundable. Registrations are transferable to another player with at least 3 days' notice.

• Event Weather: The event will take place rain, wind or shine. If weather conditions are unsafe for participants, the event may be rescheduled. No refunds will be issued unless the event is completely canceled.
